We were charged 1250TL (£37, €45) for a bottle or rose we had purchased at a supermarket earlier in the day for 200TL (£6, €8). The service was poor, the mezzo portions were tiny in comparison with other towns across the bay, and overall the meal was incredibly overpriced. We also ordered Cocktails which were very watered down and the same price we'd pay in central London.

We stayed at Giritimu rooms for 3 days and ate at Giritimu Meyhane 1 night. All mezes, seafood and fish were fresh & delicious. Rooms were comfortable. Ms Peri and Mr Yılmaz, and all staff were friendly and kind. We left Selimiye happy and will definitely come back for more.

Excellent cheeses, variety olives, delicious spring balls with feta cheese. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Clean bathrooms and good service.

Fantastic mezze collection and super fresh fish. Great professional service and friendly staff. Good local wine collection and all in a sea side, breezy outdoor seating.

Our beautiful wedding location. The bungalows for accommodation are absolutely beautiful, just a few steps from the sea, the food is delicious, especially the breakfast. The staff and managers are wonderful, so helpful and make you feel like family rather than customers and the views are to die for. Best location in Selimiye by far.

Giritimu is open all seasons contrary to many hotels around the area. It's clean, comfy, and offers great service throughout the year no matter the season. Best beds and pillows I've ever seen in a hotel, my husband and I had the best sleep in months! Rooms are basically small huts by the see, it feels like your own little summer house with it's balcony and garden with sea view

Fantastic place, superb fish and Entrées, must try the local beer "Gara Guzu". This place is also a boutique hotel and has about 6 rooms.(recently built in a modern style) Rooms are very nice and clean. Double King beds(no extra beds available). Very quiet and cozy place.
